This seminar will cover regulatory and auditing updates relating to the banking industry with particular reference in the following areas:

Hong Kong Monetary Authority:

  • Key revisions made to the Supervisory Policy Manual module IC-3 (“SPM IC-3”) (expected to be issued for consultation in November 2019).

​PwC:

  • Key changes made to PN 830 (Revised), Reports by the Auditor under the Banking Ordinance revised in December 2018
