To obtain a letter from the Institute certifying your membership status / verifying the membership status of an individual with the Institute, please send a written request with payment receipt(s) to the Institute's Membership & Admission Department via email or post for further processing. Payment receipt will be sent to you via email once payment has been received by HKICPA. For details required in the written request, please refer to our frequently asked questions Q18 (request by members) / Q20 (request by third parties) for more information. Please allow two weeks processing time after all information and handling fee are received.
