This course covers
  • Current qualifications for listing on the Main Board and the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) (“Qualifications”)
  • Amendments to the Qualifications from 1st January, 2022 or thereafter
  • Parties involved and expenses incurred in the listing process
  • Role played by company secretaries in an initial public offering
  • Changes to the CG Code and related Listing Rules relating to
    (i) culture
    (ii) directors’ independence
    (iii) board diversity
    (iv) nomination committee
    (v) communications with shareholders; and relating to other enhancements
