With the latest wave of Gen Z professionals entering the workplace, we can easily find employees across four generations working in the same organization at once. Myths abound about generational gaps and age differences can have a profound impact on the effectiveness and harmony of a workplace. Optimizing workplace talent and team productivity therefore requires a clear understanding of generational nuances, and how multi-generational teammates can better interact with each other.

This joint webinar by HKICPA and ACCA aims to provide a platform to discuss various issues in the workplace that members encounter across different stages of their career in relation to these myths.
