As Hong Kong fights the fifth wave of COVID-19 infections, SMPs are facing an unprecedented challenge in maintaining remote operations and keeping employees engaged. The Institute is honoured to invite Hon Edmund Wong Chun-sek, Legislative Council Member (Accountancy Functional Constituency) and Chairman, Small and Medium Practices Committee (SMPC) of the Institute, to share his personal experience in recovery from COVID-19 and recommendations to prevent and manage health risks related to the transmission of COVID-19 in his firm. Another guest speaker, Ms. Anntice Lai, Member of SMPC will go through COVID-19 implications in audit and the impact to SMPs with the participants.
