Overview

This course is intended to give management accountants a solid foundation in understanding the principal issues of cybersecurity. Building on the previous webcast “Understanding Cybersecurity” it takes the core concepts and showcases how those concepts are put into practice in today’s business world.

It starts by stepping through practical tools and techniques available for protecting against cybersecurity threats. Next, host- and network-based attack detection techniques are discussed, followed by a description of today’s best practices for responding to cybersecurity incidents once they happen.
