Registration

• HK dollar* equivalent to RMB950 / player (*at exchange rate prevailing at payment demand rate which is normally one week before the event date)
• Send a WhatsApp message to 9029-1070 or email to eddieloong@gmail.com with your name, contact number, email address, and HKICPA membership number.
• Registration is on a first-come first-served basis and will only be confirmed upon payment of full enrollment fee to the convenor.
• Enrollees are required to make payment to convenor by means of PayMe (9029-1070), or deposit into convenor's bank account (Eddie Loong: HSBC - 113-004089-001) and have the deposit slip sent to convenor ASAP to secure valid registration.
• No refund for withdrawal but replacement is allowed. The withdrawing player is responsible for finding his/her replacement. Players are allowed to post in the GIG WhatsApp chat group to look for replacement. The withdrawing player and replacing player are required to settle the pre-paid enrollment fee on their own.
• Name of replacement has to be given to the co-convenor at least one day before event date.

Enrolment notes

1) HKID card and Home Return Permit (回鄉証) or passport with visa to China are required.

2) Traveling expenses to Huanggang, food costs and other expenses at the golf club will be at players’ own account.
