The Offer

The Offer is made by the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong and CMA Exhibition Services Ltd. (collectively, the “Organizer”) and allows eligible applicants to apply for free tickets to the Event. Tickets are limited and will be allocated solely by the Organizer. Registration does not guarantee that an applicant will receive a ticket.

Eligibility

HKICPA members, International Affiliates & GAAs, QP Students & graduates and HKICPA staff 

Registration

To register for the Offer, members must tick to agree to register for the Offer. Members will be redirected from the Institute’s website to an online form operated and maintained by the Organizer. The registration is subject to the Organizer’s own terms and conditions and personal information collection statement. The Institute does not operate or control the external online form.

Lucky Draw (Optional)

The lucky draw is a separate from the Offer and administered by the Institute for the allocation of the Prizes. The lucky draw is optional. To enter, members must tick to agree to participate in the lucky draw and fill in all the required information.

Members who opt in (and are verified) will be entered into a lucky draw run by the Institute. Prizes are limited. Each winner will be awarded a wine coupon in the value of HK$50 provided by the Organizer (the “Prizes”). Each member can enter only once.

The Institute will pick winners at random and will inform them by email.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to anyone else. They are subject to the Organizer’s terms. The Institute is not responsible for the quality or use of the Prizes.

The Institute may disqualify anyone who is not eligible to these terms. If there is any dispute, the Institute’s decision on the draw and its results are final.

Personal Data

Personal data collected by the Institute may be used by the Institute to verify your identity, for administering the lucky draw and informing you of any results, and for statistical, research and analysis purposes.

The provision of personal data is voluntary. However, insufficient information may result in rejection of registration. Such data collected may be accessible by the Institute's officers or processing the registration.

The Organizer is solely responsible for the tickets, the Prizes and the Event. The Institute does not organise the Event, and it does not endorse the Organizer, any exhibitor, any prize supplier, or their products or services. The Institute is not liable for any claim, loss or damage arising from a dispute between you and the Organizer, any exhibitor, any prize supplier or any other third party.
