Priority Policy:

Priority for enrolment will first be offered to BmIG members and then to non-BmIG members in the case of over subscription. To enable more members to enjoy the over-subscribed practice sessions, the following priority policy has been adopted:

1.     Half of the next session will be set aside for those on waiting list previously if they enrol. The remaining quota
        will be given to enrollees on a first-come-first-served basis.

2.     The names on waiting list will be removed from our system after the following session's registration is completed.
         In other words, we will only give priority to those names on the waiting list of the immediate previous session.

Enrolled members who cannot attend the practice session must inform the secretariat as soon as possible to enable others to take up his/her place. We appreciate your understanding and full co-operation in this regard.

Ground Rules:

All members participating in the practice session are requested to observe these rules. The on-site duty officer will help organizing the rotation during the training session. Please extend your full co-operation to them to make the practice session an enjoyable experience for all participants.

1.     There is a 15-min auto-rotation time slot in each court for players. The rotation will take place every quarter of an hour
        (i.e. at 15 minutes, 30 minutes and 45 minutes); or 

2.     under the instruction of the on-site duty officer.
