Overview of Coverage

Ongoing Compliance Series: New Main Board Listing Rules

Participants will be able to learn and comply with the new requirements relating to on-going compliance matters and corporate compliance of a listed issuer without a hitch.

Topics include: 

  • The main changes on the Main Board Listing Rules relating to on-going compliance matters
  • The main changes on the Main Board Listing Rules relating to corporate governance, including new and existing directors’ obligations (such as the minimum training hours for newly appointed and existing directors of an issuer)
  • Learning the repurchase and sale of treasury shares

Remarks
