As part of the Institute's ongoing commitment to supporting talent recruitment, we are pleased to announce the return of SMP Career Day. This initiative is designed to assist small and medium practices (SMPs) in recruiting graduates and students from tertiary institutions to meet their workforce needs. It also aims to enhance students' awareness of the career opportunities available within the SMP sector.

Key benefits of the participating practice units include:

• Each practice unit will be allocated a designated booth (with a table around 160cm x 80 cm and 2 chairs) for the purpose of showcasing their practices to the attending graduates/students.
• A meeting venue will be reserved for candidate interviews. (on a first-come, first-served basis)

Expectations from practice units:

• Each practice unit must assign at least one staff member to manage the booth and introduce their practices. (Booth setup will start from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Exhibition will run from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
• Practice units are expected to prepare some promotional materials, either hard copy leaflets or promotional video (from their own devices), for promotional purposes.
• A failure to attend the event or to notify the Institute of its withdrawal on or before 11 June, based on the Institute's records, will incur a no-show fee of HK$300.

The Institute will notify you of the application results in the week of 8 June 2026. Priority consideration will be given to small and medium practices that have participated in the Experiential Business Learning Programme. The final decision on booth allocation rests with the Institute.
