Description

The Professional Diploma in Insolvency programme (info) comprises two modules, covering key topics such as liquidation, personal insolvency, corporate rescue and restructuring, and cross-border insolvency.  Each module contains 3 lectures and 5 workshops on Saturday mornings together with 4 tutorials on weekday evenings. 

  • Module B - Corporate Rescue & Restructuring and Cross-Border Insolvency [28 hours and 1 examination] (July 2026) 
  • Module A - Liquidation and Personal Insolvency [28 hours and 1 examination ] (July 2027, tentatively) 

The Certificate of Completion will be awarded to those who have successfully completed both Modules A and B, i.e. meeting the minimum 75% attendance requirement, passing examinations of both moduels, and a pass in final presentation assessment. Gradudates with successful completion is allowed to use the title SQ (Insolvency) awarded by HKICPA after their names.
