Description

A technique training course will be organized in May 2026 for members who would like to improve their strokes and game strategy. The course contains instructional content explaining the most essential badminton skills for becoming a better badminton player.

Course Outline:

Learn basic racket skills and footwork on court. Implement the strategies and tactics for singles and doubles play. Training methods include footwork exercises, target practice, modified games, multi-balls training and match play with strategic guidance.

Remarks:
  • Two badminton courts are available for the event.  
  • Participants should bring their own rackets.
  • The course will be conducted in Cantonese.
