In this seminar, the speaker will discuss two of the defining opportunities of our time: the transformations of sustainability and digitalization. Professional accountants have the right core skills and, most importantly, the professional ethics needed to remain relevant and trusted amid these changes. However, it is imperative for individuals and professional accountancy organizations to embrace upskilling and reskilling for sustainability and digitalization – particularly artificial intelligence. In some cases, we need to reimagine accounting careers before others reimagine them for us.
