As part of the Institute's ongoing commitment to talent recruitment support, we are proud to introduce a new programme, the SMP Career Day. This initiative not only assists small and medium practices (SMPs) in recruiting graduates/students from tertiary institutions to fulfill their workforce requirements but also aims to enhance students' awareness of SMPs and the career opportunities they offer. Key benefits of CPA practices include: - Each CPA practice will be allocated a designated booth to showcase their CPA practices to attending graduates/students.
- A meeting room will be reserved for all CPA practices for candidate interviews.
Expectations from CPA practices: - Each CPA practice will have a designated booth, with at least 1 staff present to introduce the practice. (Setup will start at 9:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m.; exhibition will run from 10:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.)
- CPA practices are expected to prepare some promotional materials, either hard copy leaflets or promotional video (from their own laptops) for promotional purposes.
- A no-show fee of $300 will be charged to practices that subsequently withdraw their enrollment.
The Institute will notify you of the application results in mid-November. Priority consideration will be given to small and medium practices that have participated in the Experiential Business Learning Programme. The final decision on booth allocation rests with the Institute.
