Terms of Reference

 
1. To develop and review the Institute's policies and practices on governance.
 
2. To make recommendations on governance related matters for Council's consideration.
 
3. To review and refresh the Institute's constitution and by-laws and any elements of its governance structure from time to time to ensure that their scope, purpose, powers and authority are clearly defined and that they remain fit for purpose and adapted to a changing market place such that Institute affairs are conducted effectively and efficiently.
