Terms of Reference

1.	To advise Council on the professional development needs of HKICPA's members in relation to the technical competency of members and adding value to the career and personal developments of members, oversee the overall CPD training activities in the Institute by developing and implementing work plans to meet training needs through professional development events/ programmes.

2.	To help identify potential speakers, chairpersons, facilitators, etc. for the Institute's professional development events/ programmes.

3.	To utilize the expertise and knowledge of the committee to identify jointly with other committees current and developing issues that may be suitable topics for research or other thought leadership projects, and advise the Executive Committee of potential topics for selection and prioritization of work to be undertaken.
