Description

The Sports and Recreation Committee (SR Com) organizes a series of e-seminars for our members, which the SR Com hopes to sustain your interest to stay motivated and healthy. In the coming e-seminar, Dr. Kingsley Chan (陳厚毅醫生), Specialist in Dermatology, will talk about two common skin problems:

1. Acne (暗瘡)
- What is the cause of acne?
- Does poor diet cause acne?
- Does face mark cause acne?

2. Eczema (濕疹)
- Anything new about management of eczema in children & adults?
- Can special diet (戒口) help relieve eczema?
