The Sports and Recreation Committee (SRCom) organizes a series of e-seminars for our members, which the SR Com hopes to sustain your interest to stay motivated and active. In the coming e-seminar, Ms. Anita Wong, a professional yoga teacher together with our President, Ms. Loretta Fong will introduce you to some simple yoga poses to help relax your tight muscles, improve flexibility, and ease the pain in your neck, shoulders and back after a long working day.
