About the Course:

Beginner

• For members who are non-swimmers or have very rudimentary swimming skills.
• Covers pool safety, basics of floating, movement and control in the water. 

Internediate

• For members who are able to swim at least one stroke - freestyle or breaststroke.
• Covers improving all around swimming technique and backstroke.

Advanced

• For members who are well rounded in at least three competitive strokes.
• Covers swimming technique improvement for all four strokes.

Two 25m lanes will be used exclusively for the training. Experienced swimmers (intermediate and advanced levels) and novice players (beginner level) will be trained separately in different lanes by different coach. Trainers will teach based on individuals' level and capability. Swimmers are encouraged to learn a new swimming style one after the other.

Remarks:

• Hoi Tin Swimming Consultants Limited is the service provider.
• The classes are conducted in Cantonese.
• No classes will be held on public holidays.
• Students can make up classes with the othe rsection if necessary.

Payment shall be paid directly to Hoi Tin Swimming Consultants Limited.
