Notes:

1. Full payment must be made before the pre-order will be processed.
2. By pre-ordering the manual and payment is settled, the subscriber will receive a confirmation of successful pre-order and the example policies and procedures by email. Subscriber can check the pre-order status at "MyCPA" (member) / "MyQP" (student) at www.hkicpa.org.hk.
3. In normal circumstance, the pre-order fee is non-refundable or non-transferrable upon receipt of payment by HKICPA. Should the pre-order be cancelled due to unforeseeable circumstances, refund will be made according to your payment method. For credit card payment, refund will be made directly to your credit card account. For PPS payment, refund will be made by cheque.
4. The Institute reserves the right to cancel any pre-orders accepted. 
5. The printed manual will be available for collection at the Institute’s Member Services Counter on 27th Floor, Wu Chung House, 213 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. Collection period will be announced by email.
