About the Course:

Beginner

• For members who are non-swimmers or have very rudimentary swimming skills.
• Covers pool safety, basics of floating, movement and control in the water. 

Internediate

• For members who are able to swim at least one stroke - freestyle or breaststroke.
• Covers improving all around swimming technique and backstroke.

Advanced

• For members who are well rounded in at least three competitive strokes.
• Covers swimming technique improvement for all four strokes.

Two 25m lanes will be used exclusively for the training. Experienced swimmers (intermediate and advanced levels) and new learners (beginner level) will be trained separately in different lanes. Each lane has a coach to provide the training based on member's level and capability. Swimmers are encouraged to learn a new swimming style one after another. In response to member's comments, Hoi Tin will try to book three lanes for the season starting from mid-April 2018, subject to the lane availability.

Remarks:

• Hoi Tin Swimming Consultants Limited is the service provider.
• The classes are conducted in Cantonese.
• No classes will be held on public holidays.
• Students can make up classes with the othe rsection if necessary.
