Description

The Athletics Interest Group (AIG) has organised a fitness class which aims to provide stretching and low intensity training for members.

Dates:   25 October, 1, 13, 27 and 29 November (Wednesdays, except 13 & 27 November which are Mondays; total 5 sessions)

Time:    7:15 pm – 8:15 pm (Class A)

Venue:  Hong Kong Institute of CPAs, 27/F, Wu Chung House, 213 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai       

Trainer:  Mr. Calson Leung (MSc., BSc., CSCS), a registered physiotherapist and certified strength & conditioning specialist
