The Photography Interest Group (PoIG) has organised a practice session in August for members who are interested in taking photos at Ha Pak Nai (下白泥).

Itinerary:

• 4:30 pm     Gathering at Yuen Long MTR station
• 4:45 pm     Travelling to Ha Pak Nai
• 5:15 pm      Photo taking : before Magic Moment
• 6:30 pm      Photo taking : Magic Moment
• 7:30 pm      Photo taking : Night view shooting
• 8:00 pm      Leaving from Ha Pak Nai

Fee:  

• $70-120/head for round trip coach service between  Yuen Long MTR Station and Ha Pak Nai.
• Exact amount will be confirmed after registration deadline.

Tutorial Session (optional):

Enrolees are encouraged to attend the tutorial session which is scheduled for Tuesday, 11 July at 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm at HKICPA, 27/F, Wu Chung House, Wanchai before the field trip. The tutorial will review the basic skills of landscape photography. The session leader will also share his experience on how to use different kinds of filters such as GND, ND & CPL.

Remarks:

• Fee is made payable directly to the event leader, Mr. Albert Leung.
• No refund in the case that the field trip is rescheduled due to bad weather or the participants suddenly find themselves not available to attend the trip.
• Participants have to bring their own digital single-lens reflex camera (DSLR), telephoto and/or wide lens, filters (optional), shutter cord and tripod.
• The session will be conducted in Cantonese.
• Meal is not included. Participants should bring their own refreshment as needed.
• The event is subjected to reschedule due to poor weather condition.
• Enrolment is on a first-come first-served basis. Priority for enrolment will first be offered to PoIG members, and then to non-PoIG members in case of over subscription. Non-members' application will only be processed after the registration deadline, subject to availability. We will only consider non-member's enrolment when it is enroled with a member.
• For easy communication and logistical arrangements, the programme leader will use WhatsApp to communicate with participants. Please indicate if you wish to join this WhatsApp group in the event your application is successful.
