Description

The Photography Interest Group (PoIG) has organised a two-day course on bird photography (鳥類攝影).  If you are interested to learn more about capturing birds in their natural habitats, both resting and in flight, don't miss this opportunity to learn the basics from professional photographer, Mr. Samson So. 

A tour package of $16,540 will be equally shared among participants, subject to the final enrolment number. For a group of 23, the fee will be $720 per person. Cheques should be made payable to "Eco Institute Limited" after the enrolment is confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent out on 1 February to confirm your registration status and the arrangements for payment. 

Remarks:      

  • Eco Institute Limited is the service provider.
  • Fee includes: Mai Po Reserve entry permit, shuttle bus (from University Station to Mai Po Nature Reserve and back to Kowloon Tong Station), insurance, notes and guided tour. Two telescopes with equipment will be provided.
  • No food or drinks are included.
  • Participants should bring their own digital single lens reflect camera (DSLR), telephoto lens and tripod.
  • Cantonese is the medium of the activity.
  • The field trip is subject to rescheduling due to poor weather conditions.
  • For easy communication and logistical arrangements, the session leader, Mr. Sammy Au-Yeung, will use WhatsApp to communicate with all participants. Please indicate if you wish to join this WhatsApp group in the event your application is successful.
