The Photography Interest Group (PoIG) has organized a sharing session for January 2017. In this talk, Catkaling, an award-winning photographer, will share the intent behind her latest series "Fireworks Alive", related photography techniques, and her creative insight. Session Details "Fireworks Alive” is a fairytale, depicting a world where water and fire can coexist in harmony. To paint living creatures or flowers out of fireworks, Catkaling experimented with various focus-ring techniques. With her colorful imagination and post-processing skills, the images were then placed surrealistically against an array of delightful sceneries. This series has been awarded the Fellowship Distinction (FRPS) by the Royal Photographic Society in Britain. Remarks - Cantonese is the medium of the session.
