The Athletics Interest Group (AIG) has organised a fitness training which aims to provide a stretching training for members..

Dates:   4, 11 January, 1, 8, 13, 20 February, and 1, 8 March (total 8 sessions)

Time:    Class B: 8:30 pm – 9:30 pm

Venue:  Hong Kong Institute of CPAs, 27/F, Wu Chung House, 213 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai       

Trainer:  Mr. Calson Leung (MSc., BSc., CSCS), a registered physiotherapist and certified strength & conditioning specialist
