The Photography Interest Group (PoIG) has organized a practice session for members focused on evening shots of Christmas lighting in the Central District.

Session Details

• Adjusting the white balance to shoot different moods
• Sharing tips for creating blurring effects
• Sharing how to use a zoom lens to shoot special effects (e.g. 拉爆)

Remarks

• Participants should bring their own digital camera (single lens reflect camera preferably), zoom lens (e.g. 24-105 mm) and tripod.
• Participants assemble at 6:15 pm at The Bank of East Asia ground, Central where the session leader, Albert Leung will meet them.
• The session will be taught in Cantonese.
• The session is subject to rescheduling due to weather conditions.
• Enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis. Priority for enrolment will first be offered to PoIG members, and then to non-PoIG members in the case of over subscription. Non-members' applications will only be processed after registration deadline subject to availability. We only consider non-member's enrolment when it is enrolled with a member.
• The session is subject to cancellation if the min. number is not reached.
